Our Laundry & Dry Cleaning service is committed to providing you with the best care for your garments. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we would like to inform you about our policies and procedures:
1. Item Assessment: We may choose not to iron certain items that are dirty, damaged, or have a glossy finish. These items will be returned to you without ironing to prevent any misunderstanding.
2. Garment Presentation: Adult garments such as shirts and blouses will typically be returned to you on hangers, unless you specify otherwise.
3. Folding: In the case where items are not placed on hangers, we will neatly fold them and return them in a protective bag after ironing.
4. Turnaround Time: We strive to return your items within 36 hours. However, there might be exceptional circumstances beyond our control that could lead to slight delays.
5. Clean Environment: Rest assured that all ironing and laundry are performed in a clean & smoke-free environment to ensure the freshness of your laundry.
6. Damage Policy: While we take the utmost care with your garments, in the unlikely event of any damage occurring during the ironing process, our compensation is limited to the item’s value, up to a maximum of £60 per item.
7. Missed Appointments: If a customer is not available at the mutually agreed upon collection or delivery time, we reserve the right to charge a £5 compensation fee.
8. Payment: Payment in full is due upon delivery of your ironed items. We accept payments in cash or transfer prior delivery.
