Do not include:
Heavily damaged items beyond basic repair, Shoes or leather goods, Specialist tailoring or restyling jobs.
How to prepare for collection
Place all repair and alteration items in a separate, clearly marked bag. If possible, attach a note with instructions (e.g., “shorten trousers by 2 inches” or “replace zip”).
How you’ll receive the items back
Your garments will be returned freshly pressed and expertly altered, either hanging or folded — ready to wear again with confidence.
