Yes, our minimum order is £35. Please double check the Price List to confirm the prices of individual items.
Payment in full is due on delivery of your order. We take cash, cheque or *bank transfer (*only available for regular clients).
Yes, we do. However in order to be environmentally friendly we ask you to supply your own hangers or return the hangers we have supplied to you on the previous delivery so we can re use them.
Some clients have a designated safe location where the items can be collected from or delivered to, for example some clients will leave the bag for collection by front door, or inside a garage or in a cupboard. As long we have been communicated of such location along with necessary gate codes etc we will make sure our driver will follow your instruction, however please bear in mind that if you have items to be hanged there must be a place where we can hang them if you are not going to be in, weather conditions is also a consideration.
No, there is no need for list or inventory of items. When delivering your garments back to your we will provide you with a ticket with the full breakdown of all items sent along with cost per item and total order amount.
Our turnaround is usually between 24 to 48 hours, depending on collection day and time and also on your region.
You can place all your laundry inside a plastic bag for your first collection. If you become a regular client we will give you one of our nice, weather proof laundry bags with your name; which we require you to use for future collections.
This is down to personal preference. Generally speaking, our clients choose to have shirts, blouses, skirts and trousers etc hung, with T shirts and other smaller items folded. It must be remembered, however, that the time taken to fold a shirt adds to the overall cost of the ironing load and also introduces unwanted creases. If you have any special requirements, please say so when booking your order and we will do our best to accommodate your special requirements.
We have to pay our driver for every collection / delivery attempt, therefore. If the collection / delivery was attempted on the correct day and time slot and the client did not leave the bag, or did not communicate no one was going to be in for collection or delivery with no prior agreed arrangements or notice. We reserve the right to charge you £5 for the attempted collection / delivery.
